Data processors

Greenbuilt AS has several data processors:

Microsoft for Office365 for office support tools, as well as emails for employees and communication via email with customers. WordPress.org and WordPress.com for websites Domeneshop.no for domains, email addresses for domains, email coordination Hubspot for CRM MailChimp and Survey Monkey for the sending of newsletters, campaigns, and surveys A standard data processor agreement exists between Greenbuilt AS and our data processors. Personal information is not disclosed from Greenbuilt AS to other parties without the consent of the registered person.

Processing of personal information in connection with customer and supplier relationships

Greenbuilt AS is a data processor for personal information related to customers, references, suppliers, and others that are typically publicly available. In connection with dialogue regarding existing customer relationships, the customer consents to the processing related to the current customer relationship. This includes consent to:

Storage of contact information considered necessary for sending information and invoices, such as name, address, telephone number, and email address. Information in this processing, where Greenbuilt AS is the responsible party, will normally be stored for as long as the customer relationship exists. In the event of termination of the customer relationship, the information will normally be deleted after 2 years.

Processing of personal information for employees, contracted advisers, and candidates

Greenbuilt AS is responsible for personal information for employees and contracted advisers at Greenbuilt AS, in addition to candidates who have applied for work at the company. Personal information and salary information is stored in Microsoft Office365 for office support tools. The processing is based on the employment agreement. Employees and contracted advisers have rights according to the Personal Data Act.

We want to ensure that you retain control over your personal information.

You have the right to be informed about how your personal information is being processed. You can at any time modify your privacy settings, for example in relation to direct marketing, by contacting post@greenbuilt.no

We will ensure that your personal information is accurate and up-to-date, and will delete it if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. If you believe that we have incorrect information about you, you can request that it be corrected. If you wish to access the information we have about you, you can request a copy of it.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible and in accordance with the Personal Data Act. If you believe that we are processing your personal information in violation of the law, you can file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

We will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, destruction or loss. This includes regular backups and security updates, as well as access control for our systems and databases.

We will only transfer personal information to countries outside the EU/EEA if this is necessary for the performance of our services or if we have obtained your consent. If personal information is transferred to a country that does not have an adequate level of protection, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place.
